Biography
I am a co-founder and Partner at Leapmoor LLP, a land and marine, development and management consultancy offering services in project and contract management, ground risk and environment as well as civil engineering coordination.
A chartered chemist and chartered scientist with over 30 years鈥� experience gained through working as a regulator, consultant, laboratory chemist and landowners鈥� representative, I specialise in the assessment and management of land affected by contamination, providing expert advice and support to clients to ensure they get the best from their development projects. I am a skilled environmental risk assessor with experience in exposure modelling and toxicological assessments.
I have particular expertise in statutory contaminated land assessments (Part IIA) and can provide environmental due diligence advice in land transactions.
