Alastair Gilchrist
Biography
Alastair Gilchrist has been providing consultancy to cosmetic, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies following a successful career with Winthrop Laboratories, Bristol Myers Co. Ltd. and Proctor & Gamble.
Alastair understands raw material, how to formulate, how to manufacture products and the equipment required to manufacture, fill and package products in compliance with GMP. He has worked with a wide number of companies large and small helping them to design or to develop their facilities to optimise existing processes or to implement new processes.
Alastair is the author of Making Quality Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice and ISO 22716 2007.
