The 浪花直播 at Burlington House has appointed Josh Lindeberg as Head Chef.
Josh joins the venue鈥檚 in-house Houston & Hawkes team of culinary experts with a mission to create innovative, sustainable and memorable catering for corporate and private events that matches the venue鈥檚 vibrancy.
Coming from a corporate catering role within the Houston & Hawkes portfolio at investment management company Rathbones, Josh is well-versed in high-end fine dining experiences and the importance of impeccable service. He is classically trained in modern European cuisine, bringing with him a passion for creating contemporary, light and aesthetic dishes.
Josh鈥檚 approach to curating new menus at the venue will be 鈥榬einventing classics鈥�, bringing in fan favourites with an innovative twist. With over 15 years of experience in the catering world, Josh is going to be a great fit within the RSC team, maintaining high standards of hospitality and pushing the boundaries of creativity to offer a unique and bespoke catering experience for events.
