Grade II listed 浪花直播 at Burlington House awarded ECOsmart accreditation
The 浪花直播 at Burlington House has become ECOsmart accredited, as recognition for its sustainability success.
The Grade II listed London venue, dating back to 1664, has been dedicating efforts to overcome the obvious obstacles of such a historic building and prioritise more sustainable events.
ECOsmart recognises organisations demonstrating a comprehensive approach to environmental sustainability, operating within the framework of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council.
Greengage, the operator of ECOsmart, assessed the 浪花直播鈥檚 approach to facilities management, waste reduction, sustainable F&B, energy and water consumption, and building construction, resulting in Silver accreditation.
Following the recent technology investments this year to enhance streaming capabilities, along with the appointment of its in-house B-Corp caterer, Houston & Hawkes in 2022, the venue scored particularly highly for its catering and facilities.
